1st10 Podcast Episode

As part of my recent job search, I worked with a recruiter over at 1st10. They specialize in hiring for small starups (namely the "1st 10 engineers"). They also happen to recently have launched a podcast about hirining and interviewing for startups. After my job search had concluded, they invited me to record an episode. The episode was released last week and I'm really happy with it! I was pretty nervous about how my off-the-cuff ramblings might sound, but overall I think it turned out really well.
